Leech therapy, known as Jalaukavacharana in Ayurveda, is an ancient detoxification treatment that uses medicinal leeches to draw out impure blood from the body. The saliva of the leech contains natural anticoagulants, pain relievers, and enzymes that improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. Cupping therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This technique is believed to promote healing by improving blood flow, reducing inflammation, relieving muscle tension, and encouraging relaxation. The suction may be created using heat (fire cupping) or mechanical devices (such as pumps) to draw the skin into the cup. Cupping therapy is commonly used in traditional Chinese and Middle Eastern medicine and is often applied to treat conditions like back and neck pain, migraines, and respiratory issues. Circular bruises or marks may appear on the skin afterward, which are typically painless and fade within a few days.
